“ We came by for lunch after receiving a recommendation from a friend. This place is easy to find and lots of parking space available. Upon reaching, you have to write on a board, the number of people you have and what your order is. This speeds up the process and upon getting your seat, your food will be served. We ordered 3 servings of Sea Snail Noodles 보말갈국수 (KRW9,000 each) and 1 serving of Sea Snail Porridge 보말죽 (KRW14,000). The noodles come in a wok-like pan over a fire and upon finishing the noodles, they can add rice (KRW3,000 each) to the remaining soup and it becomes a tasty mix. A minimum of 2 servings is required for the noodle and rice. The food was very tasty and the side dishes can be refilled self-service. Sea snail 보말 ('Bomal') is famous in Jeju and a must-try if you visit! This place is neat and very well-serviced. I would come back again for sure! ”
“ Staff tried to make us order the expensive dish. But got to reject and stay true to what you want, don’t let no nobody force you into something. Taste wise, abalone porridge tastes pretty good! ”
“ First time trying the Korean black pork. Food is nice but quite expensive. We saw our very first sun set while we were there. ”
“ The set was kind of pricey but the abalone porridge was great. ”
“ If you're in the area in the off peak season, it's one of the few places open later at night. The last order is 8 p.m. Our Korean was limited, so we just went with the recommendation from the server which was the sea urchin and brown turban shell kalguksu (noodles) and the porridge. Both were really good. The banchan were tasty as well. You can pay with card and split the bill if dining with others. ”
“ Average food, high prices, pushy owner who tried to foist the more expensive dishes on us. Not bad and certainly fine for a lunch if you're in the area, but don't bother to go out of your way for it. ”
“ tasty food but overpriced. You should order one main per person. Not make sense ”
